The Site is operated under the trade name MarketTherm as a personal, non-commercial project. It does not charge for access, run advertising, or sell anything. Should the Site begin any commercial activity in the future, this section will be updated with a registered legal entity's full name, tax ID (NIF/CIF), and registered address, as required under LSSI Article 10.

MarketTherm provides a technical market indicator (the "Therm Score") for publicly traded assets, together with historical statistical information about that indicator, for informational purposes. Full detail on what the Site does and does not offer is set out in the Terms of Use and the Methodology page, and is incorporated here by reference.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the MarketTherm name and logo, the "Therm Score" name, the visual design, the underlying scoring methodology, software, and text — is the property of the Site owner or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any part of the Site's content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited, except as strictly necessary for normal browsing of the Site or as permitted under mandatory statutory exceptions.

Market data displayed on the Site originates from institutional market data sources; such underlying data is not owned by MarketTherm and may be subject to the rights of the original data provider.

Users agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith, and public order, and to refrain from:

• —Using the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes that harm the rights and interests of third parties.
• —Attempting to access restricted areas of the Site's systems.
• —Introducing viruses, malware, or any other element harmful to the Site or its users.
• —Systematically extracting or scraping data from the Site for redistribution or commercial reuse without authorization.

MarketTherm does not guarantee the Site's availability, continuity, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketTherm is not liable for:

• —Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Site's operation.
• —Damages arising from decisions made based on information published on the Site — see the Terms of Use for the specific disclaimers regarding the Therm Score and its statistical information.
• —Content on third-party sites accessible via links from the Site.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals with jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require a different forum.

MarketTherm may modify this Legal Notice at any time. The version published on the Site at any given time is the one in effect.
