MarketTherm publishes the Therm Score, a technical indicator (0–100) for publicly traded assets, together with historical statistical information about how the indicator has behaved in the past across the covered universe.

MarketTherm does not provide:

• —Price predictions or price targets.
• —Fundamental analysis of any company (earnings, valuation, financial health).

The Therm Score and any statistics shown alongside it are historical, non-personalized, statistical information. They do not account for your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from this Site. Consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

The Site is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Market data displayed on the Site is sourced from institutional market data providers. MarketTherm does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this underlying data. Prices and scores reflect end-of-day data and are not real-time.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. MarketTherm does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketTherm and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial losses from investment decisions — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals with jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require a different forum.
